Members of the CSA Welfare Fund and their eligible dependents are eligible for a reimbursement of up to $ 800.00 for the purchase of one hearing aid every 36 months. Participating Hearing Providers have agreed to provide our members with full hearing services. You may elect to have payment made directly to a participating provider.
